I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows your chest and belly to expand freely during our breathwork and meditation. To stay completely receptive to the gentle medicine of Cacao, please avoid eating heavy meals, drinking alcohol, or consuming excessive caffeine for at least two to three hours before you arrive.
