A Different Way to Lead Under Pressure
Where Leadership Meets the Nervous System
High-performing leaders are expected to make clear decisions, navigate change, manage complexity, and remain steady for everyone around them.
But the people responsible for holding everything together rarely have space to put anything down themselves.
Good Vibes Wellness creates immersive leadership experiences that give executives and senior teams space to step out of constant demand, reconnect with what is happening within them, and return to their work with greater awareness, clarity, and choice.
Blending nervous-system education, somatic practice, breathwork, guided experience, and ancestral perspective, each engagement is intentionally designed for the realities of modern leadership.
For the moments when your leaders need more than another strategy, workshop, or conversation.
The Weight of Modern Leadership
A leader can be performing at a high level and still be carrying too much.
Back-to-back decisions.
Constant context switching.
Organizational change.
Difficult conversations.
Responsibility for people, outcomes, and what happens next.
Over time, that pressure can influence how leaders listen, communicate, make decisions, respond to conflict, hold boundaries, and move through uncertainty.
Most leadership development focuses on what leaders need to know.
Good Vibes Wellness creates space for leaders to notice what is happening within them while they lead.
Because sometimes the next breakthrough doesn't come from adding another strategy.
It comes from creating enough space to recognize what is driving the response in the first place.
Leadership Development,
From the Inside Out
Knowing how you want to lead and being able to access that response under pressure are not always the same thing.
Good Vibes Wellness works with the part of leadership that often happens beneath strategy: the internal patterns, physical responses, and automatic reactions that can shape how we show up when the stakes are high.
Through nervous-system education, somatic practice, breathwork, guided visualization, sound, and intentional reflection, leaders are invited to move beyond intellectual understanding and into direct experience.
They learn to notice what is happening within them, create space before automatically reacting, and reconnect with the ability to choose how they want to respond.
This isn't about stepping away from the realities of leadership. It's about developing a different relationship with how you meet them.
Leadership Experiences for
Teams & Organizations
The Executive Somatic Reset
3–4 Hours | In Person | Up to 15 Leaders
An immersive leadership experience for executive teams, founders, and senior leaders navigating sustained pressure, complexity, change, or transition.
The Executive Somatic Reset creates intentional space outside the pace and demands of the workday for leaders to slow down, notice what they are carrying, and explore how internal patterns and responses may be shaping the way they lead.
Each experience is customized to the realities of the group and combines nervous-system education, somatic practice, breathwork, guided visualization, sound, reflection, and practical leadership application.
Leaders leave with greater awareness of how they respond under pressure, along with practical ways to create more space for perspective, choice, and intentional action when they return to their work.
Best suited for: Executive teams, leadership offsites, strategic retreats, founder groups, board retreats, and senior leadership teams navigating periods of sustained pressure or change.
The Somatic Leadership Keynote & Experience
60–90 Minutes | In Person or Virtual | Designed for Larger Groups
A dynamic introduction to the connection between the nervous system, embodied awareness, and how we lead and perform under pressure.
Part education and part guided experience, this format moves beyond the traditional keynote by giving participants an opportunity to put what they're learning into practice through accessible somatic and breath practices, guided reflection, and practical leadership application.
Participants explore how pressure can influence attention, communication, decision-making, and response while learning simple practices they can return to during demanding moments in the workday.
The result is more than another set of ideas to remember. It's an experience participants can connect back to the way they work, communicate, and lead.
Best suited for: Leadership summits, company retreats, conferences, kickoffs, professional development events, executive gatherings, and larger organizational groups.
The Experience, In Their Words
Where Experience Meets Ancestral Wisdom
For more than 15 years, I built my career inside corporate environments, working across marketing, customer success, employee experience, and workplace wellness. I know what it means to care deeply about your work, carry responsibility for people and outcomes, and keep showing up in environments where the pace rarely slows and the expectations rarely disappear.
I also know what that pressure can cost.
For years, I became very good at functioning inside it. Meeting the deadline. Taking the next call. Solving the next problem. Supporting the people around me. Moving from one demand to another without always recognizing what I was carrying with me.
Until the impact was no longer something I could simply think my way through.
I felt it physically, mentally, and emotionally. And I began to understand something that would eventually change not only the way I moved through my own career, but the work I would go on to create:
You can know how to manage pressure and still have a body that is carrying it.
My path back led me deeper into breathwork, meditation, somatic practice, sound, and the ancestral wisdom connected to my Ecuadorian roots, including Amazonian and Andean perspectives that understand well-being not as something separate from how we live, but as a relationship between body, mind, environment, and the way we move through the world.
These practices didn't require me to leave the corporate world in order to benefit from them. They changed the way I navigated it while I was still inside it.
I learned how to recognize what was happening within me before automatically responding to what was happening around me. How to create space when everything felt urgent. How to return to myself in environments constantly asking for more of me. And how much can change when we stop treating our internal state as something separate from the way we work, communicate, decide, and lead.
Good Vibes Wellness grew from that intersection.
Today, I bring together the understanding of someone who has lived inside the pressures of corporate life with practices and perspectives that helped me learn a different way to move through them.
That intersection became the foundation for The Five Rhythms of Rooted Leadership, the framework guiding Good Vibes Wellness corporate experiences.
ARRIVE → AWAKEN → JOURNEY → INTEGRATE → RETURN
A progression that creates space to step out of external demand, become aware of what is happening within, experience new ways of responding, integrate what emerges, and return to leadership with greater intention.
Because the goal isn't to escape the environments that ask a lot of us. It's to develop a different way of meeting them.
