In Amazonian and Andean wisdom, clarity does not come from thinking harder or reaching farther. It comes when the body becomes a clean channel between earth, breath, and direction. When this inner alignment is present, choices simplify and movement becomes steady.
The Aligned Path is a 60-minute breathwork and meditation journey designed to support embodiment, inner authority, and grounded clarity. Through ancestral breath practices, healing sound, and a deep guided meditation journey, participants are invited to align the root, the spine, and the inner center where truth is felt rather than analyzed.
This experience is slow, intentional, and deeply embodied. The work focuses on orientation — learning how to stand inside yourself with less distortion and more coherence.
This session is especially supportive for those who:

Are navigating change or decision-making
Seek clarity without forcing outcomes
Want to strengthen trust in their inner guidance
No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is required.
Come as you are, and leave with a felt sense of alignment you can return to.

A Yoga Mat (there are no mats provided in this space)
Water
Journal (optional): there will be time at the end for integration. Some choose to do this through writing. Totally up to you!
