This ceremony is the return.

Ceremonial cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine from the Amazon basin, worked with by my ancestral lineage long before the world gave it any other name. She opens the channels back in. She softens what has gone rigid. She warms what has gone cold. She makes it easier to feel what is true than to stay in the story of what happened. From there, the breathwork moves what the cacao has loosened. And the journey takes you back, not to who you were before the intensity, but to the version of you that has been quietly forming through it. The one that is more rooted, more honest, more at home in itself than you may have realized.

“Sonqo” means heart. This is your ceremony to come back to it.
