In Andean tradition, Inti Kanchay describes someone who has been spiritually awakened. Illuminated. Energetically radiant. Not because life was easy or because they arrived somewhere perfect, but because they stayed connected to the inner sun even through the seasons that tried to dim it.

December carries a particular kind of magic that most of us move through too quickly, rushing toward the new year, tallying what didn't happen, already composing the list of what next year needs to fix. This ceremony asks you to stop. To receive. To let ceremonial cacao, the heart medicine of the Amazon basin, fill the places that have been running on empty. She opens the body's channels of joy, connection and inner knowing in a way that is both ancient and immediate.
The breathwork lifts what has been sitting on top of your light. The journey takes you directly to your own radiance, not as something to earn or strive toward, but as something to stand inside and finally feel. The warmth of your own Inti. The light that has been there through everything this year asked of you.
You will leave this night feeling it, genuinely, in the body, the glow of someone who has remembered what they are made of. Carry that into the new year. Let it be the thing you lead with.

A note on cacao: Ceremonial cacao is a plant medicine that works on real physiology, increasing blood flow and activating the cardiovascular system.
