Ancestor’s Ember: A Guided Journey Into Inner Light

  • Skinterest 1274 Simon Blvd G101 Easton, PA 18042 USA (map)

We know this time of year can feel like a lot — the pace, the noise, the constant pull in every direction.
If you’ve been carrying a quiet heaviness, or feeling like you haven’t truly exhaled in a while, we wanted to offer you something grounding and real.

On Sunday, December 7th, I’m guiding a warm, heart-centered experience designed to help you release what’s been sitting heavy and reconnect with the steadiness inside you.

This isn’t the kind of breathwork that pushes you or overwhelms your system.
It’s the opposite — a gentle, rhythmic, intuitive style that meets you exactly where you are.

You’ll be guided through:

Embodied Breathwork
Your own natural pace, your own rhythm — the kind that softens the chest, quiets the mind, and clears out emotional fog.

A Meditative Journey
Warm, grounding imagery and guidance to help you reconnect to the part of you that’s been drowned out by stress or overstimulation.

Nervous System Nourishment
A chance for your body to settle, release, and regulate in ways it may have been asking for without words.

If your heart has been heavy…
If you’ve been longing to feel more like yourself again…
If you need a space to simply breathe and be held gently…
this ceremony will meet you there.
