My journey into meditation and healing began as a personal necessity, navigating my own experiences with grief, stress, trauma, and self-discovery; mindfulness wasn’t just a practice—it became a way of life. Rooted in my Amazonian and Andean heritage and backed by years of practice, I blend Indigenous wisdom with modern mindfulness techniques to help others heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in this expansive experience we call life.
