Awakening Your Root Memory

Follow me for a sec, ok?

What I’m about to share is wisdom that has been held for centuries. It’s a lineage of truth passed through generations of ancestors—wisdom that has the same capacity today to help you dig into the earth of your own being, return to your memories, and claim your sovereign power.

Your root memory is what my ancestors call the Uku-Pacha (the inner world). This is where our inner selves reside. It is the soil composed of all we’ve become over time: our upbringing, our experiences, our traumas—the raw grit of being human.

The Uku-Pacha is not a place to fear; it is a landscape to discover. It lives within the depths of your psyche and your subconscious. This is the place you primarily operate from, yet most do so from a state of programming rather than awareness. Science shows us that roughly 95% of our daily life is lived on "auto-drive." You don’t actively think about brushing your teeth or walking to your car; you just do it.

That "auto-drive" needs a shaking up. It requires you to dig beneath the surface and observe the mechanics of your flow. The goal isn’t to "fix" yourself—it’s to become an objective observer of your own makeup. Only when you discover these hidden parts can you truly decide how to move forward.

The world we live in is designed to keep us loud, distracted, and disconnected. You have to actively choose the quiet. You have to intentionally walk the depths of the Uku-Pacha to take control of how your experiences affect you. This is your power. This is your choice. But it only exists if you are awake to it.

To change your life, you must be willing to do something different—repeatedly. If you continue to operate from the same old code and expect a new reality, that is the very definition of insanity. True shift begins when you move your thoughts, which move your emotions, which move your actions. This isn't just an ephemeral idea; it is the fundamental makeup of the universe: Matter and Energy.

I come from an upbringing within a high-control religious group—one that used manipulation, gaslighting, and fear to maintain order. When I began my own practice years ago and felt these internal shifts, my life literally began to rewrite itself. The code of my previous life fell apart, and I began to author new code—much like a programmer.

When you identify the code that makes up who you are today, you can see what’s working and identify the "viruses." At that point, you decide: Do you want to keep living with this code? Do you want to overhaul your mindset and finally walk a path that is true and sovereign to who you are meant to be?

I want to give you the same tools that brought me from a state of fear and silence to a place of awareness and safety. I design immersions that allow you to safely surrender to yourself—to shed beliefs that were never yours to begin with.

Navigating this takes effort. I understand if you’re not ready. But if you have felt a nudge—a quiet voice within whispering for your attention—this invite is for you.

Due to the recent storms, we have recalibrated our timing. This Sunday at Skinterest Spa in Easton, PA, I am guiding the first of five monthly journeys. We are entering a full cycle of growth—from getting our hands in the dirt and clearing our roots to standing in our full, radiant light by the Summer Solstice.

You are welcome to drop in for a single session, but there is a profound medicine in walking the whole path. We are starting deep in the earth this month, laying the foundation for everything we are going to build, open, and ignite.

Healing can happen in solitude, but there is an ancestral magic in healing within a circle. It awakens a deeper memory. You don’t need to be an expert; you simply need an open heart to begin exploring your own world.

I look forward to sharing this space with those who accept the invite. 🫶🏽✨
